Hawaii
NOTE: If you did not use a Hawaii driver's license, Hawaii State ID, or the last 4-digits of your social security number to register to vote, you should plan on sending a copy of "proof of identification" when you vote. Proof of identification includes: (1) A current and valid photo identification or (2) A current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck or government document that shows your name and address. See the section on Voter ID Information for details on acceptable forms of identification.
